Returns

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery using the contact form quoting your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  •  If your return is accepted you will receive instructions on how to ship your items back to us.

  • To receive a full refund we require the item to be returned to us in the same condition you received it. It must be unused, with all the labels attached and in original packaging.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order the received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
